I find it really difficult to deal with bad reviews because everyone has bad days. The catering trade is currently having a hard time anyway. However, that should be an incentive to serve the few guests who come so that they want to come back. Today was nothing ... It all started with our service (probably also the boss). He stood at the table and took the order of the first person .... The second guest probably took too long to turn the page to look for the dish, because he turned around without a word and left us a little baffled. 🤔 After 2 min. He came back and just stood at the table without a word. Then guest 2 and 3 could order. When the fourth guest looked at the menu to name his dish, the waitress left the table again (this time rolling his eyes) ... When asked what that was about, we got the answer that he didn't want to rush anyone. 🙄 OK. So ... we ordered anyway. The salad was really good. And the portion was good too. Unfortunately, that was it with the positive response ... The main course was a c.a. 2 cm thick schnitzel with flaky breading without a side dish. The Swiss steak was probably the same meat without breading, but medium.🤗😂 (Yes, medium for a pork steak) The other dishes at the table looked different. Unfortunately, everything tasted the same ... like nothing😣 It's a shame. The noise level was unfortunately unbearably loud. Normally I would say that the landlord cannot help it. However, in this case he was there and enjoyed his spritzer. All in all I hope we had a bad day. However, we won't try again.

The food was very tasty. Incredibly delicious potato salad. Roasted potatoes crispy with a little seck, super tasty. Fast friendly service. Minus point for the facility. Old and simple.

The best restaurant in the area, friendly people, delicious food and a nice atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone, it's worth it!

It's okay. I've passed it several times and then spontaneously went to eat. I didn't find it cozy because the restaurant is right on the street. The street is very busy, especially after work. The terrace is also not very well maintained and showing its age. The food was okay, the beer cool. The staff was rather reserved. I wouldn't go there for a cozy evening for two.

A cozy beer garden, the innkeeper is always in a good mood. Excellent food, if you like plate jelly and bourgeois food, you can't miss the deer

Simple but fine, good middle-class restaurant. The prices are perfectly reasonable, the food homemade. My hunger is usually quite big and the spaetzle was a little low. I asked if I could get any more and the friendly service gave me another blow. These were not calculated. Top, what more could you want ... ;-)

Food was average. I had the hunter's schnitzel. The meat was okay. The sauce went like this. The salad was okay, however, I found the potato salad on the salad plate delicious. The landlord was friendly, however, we had the impression that he had quite a sit down. That was really funny

Somehow, the host is not in control. There was no food and he calculated his bill to his detriment. But I paid correctly

Homely hospitality. Very delicious, freshly prepared dishes.

Very tasty, fresh and plentiful. Nice service. Who wants to eat good middle-class and is familiar with quality is right there. A bit older decor, you can also say quaint. <3

Surprising for us - surprisingly good !!! Traditional restaurant on the Schurrwald, guest room on the 1st floor and guest garden next to the house, the view into the kitchen is always free - I like something like that. The food was very good and on the menu is also for every taste something ... Service very attentive and very friendly ... by the location directly on the "Kaisersträssle" also for cyclists a tip ...
